The organic fertilizer production line not only solves the problem of handling organic waste (agricultural waste, livestock and poultry manure, etc.), but also promotes the sustainable development of agriculture. The equipment of the organic fertilizer production line mainly consists of the following parts:

1. Compost Turning Machine: During the composting process, Compost Turning Machines(such as Double Screws Compost Turning Machine) are needed to regularly turn the compost pile to provide sufficient oxygen. The high temperature stage will last for several weeks to fully decompose the organic matter.

2. Crusher: Use a Crusher (such as Half-Wet Material Crusher, Chain crusher) to crush the fermented large or blocky materials to prepare for subsequent processes.
3. Mixer: The production line of granular organic fertilizer also uses a Mixer. This process will add humic acid or other elements of fertilizer to the fermented organic fertilizer, and then use a Mixer (such as Horizontal Mixer)to mix these materials evenly.

4. Granulator: This equipment is also used for granular organic fertilizer production line. Powdered organic fertilizer production line is relatively simple and does not require granulation. Use our Granulator (such as Disc Granulator,New Type Organic Fertilizer Granulator) to make organic fertilizer into uniform granules for subsequent storage and transportation.

5. Dryer: In order to facilitate storage and prevent organic fertilizer from getting moldy, the humidity of the fertilizer should not exceed 14%. Use a Drum Fertilizer Dryer to dry these fertilizers.
6. Cooler: Use a Drum Fertilizer Cooler to cool the dried fertilizer to prevent high temperature from affecting the performance of the fertilizer, and at the same time increase the hardness of the fertilizer particles.
7. Screening machine: Use a Drum Screener Machine to screen out broken particles and select particles of appropriate size for subsequent processing. Particles that are too small or too large will be crushed or ground again.
8. Coating machine: In order to prevent the processed granular fertilizer from sticking, we will use a special Coating Machine to coat the particles.
9. Packing machine: We use a fully automatic Packing Machine controlled by a computer to weigh and pack the fertilizer at the end.
10. Dust collector system: All dust generated during the production of organic fertilizer will be collected by a Dust Collector (such as Cyclone Dust Collector).
11. Supporting facilities: There are also some supporting facilities (such as Loader Feeding Hopper,Hot Air Stoves) for connecting Belt Conveyors, etc.
